Supernatural Weapons From God

When we walk in God’s light, along His path, and are obedient to His Will, we have His supernatural power. We are different than everyone else. We can do what no one else can do through Christ who is our strength. It is not by our power, but by God’s power. His weapons are not of this world, and they have the power to demolish strongholds. If we are following the truth and the Way, we may know that if God is for us, who can be against us. No weapon in this world shall prosper against us. God’s arsenal and army are filled with divine power, and set into motion for His glory.

Scripture:
“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not weapons on the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. – 2 Corinthians 10:3-4

Observation/Application:
What do these weapons look like? They have no resemblance to guns, tanks, ammunition or any other physical weapon. Most people would probably never even recognize them. But we can certainly recognize their results. We often refer to them as miracles. Walking in God’s divine Presence enables supernatural results. And when we are blessed by God’s goodness, let us not boast and think we are so powerful and mighty saying, “look what we have done.” While it is absolutely wonderful to celebrate victory, let us give credit to the one and only God who supplies all our needs according to his riches in glory. Let us recognize what God has done.

The reality is that the world that we live in is filled with sin and temptation, and our flesh is weak. Let us seek the Lord in all that we do. Let us pray that we might live our lives pleasing to Him, following in His ways, and armed with His weapons that demolish all strongholds and empower us beyond anything that we might do or imagine on our own.

Prayer:
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Word today. Help us to live our lives in a way that is pleasing to you. We thank you for the very breath you gave us. Let your Holy Spirit overflow in us. Put a hedge of protection around us. Let your army of angels and weapons protect us and empower and embolden us. We humble ourselves and surrender to you Lord. Let your Will be done. We give you all the honor and power and glory, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
