Timeless Blueprint For Leadership Excellence

Scripture of the Day:
“Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.” – John 13:14,15

Observation/Application:
One of the most common problems that I see today in corporations and in other organizations could be solved by this scripture. This principle solves issues that we see in our marriages, in our government, and in virtually every situation that involves people working together.

How well a leader serves their people is the number one contributing factor to the health of any human relationship. It is also the number one metric that I look at when evaluating the health of an organization or any relationship.

How well are you serving the people under your care and within your circle of friends. How well are you serving those who you work for? The Bible tells us to love one another. Common sense tells us this is what the world needs more than ever. But it is Jesus put it into practice. Jesus gave us the greatest timeless blueprint for success.

Struggling in any part of your life? Maybe it’s time that we follow a better leader, the GOAT… Jesus.

I call you blessed.

Prayer:
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Word today. Thank you for revealing to me everything that I need. I am so thankful for all that you have given me. I humble myself before you, and surrender to you. You are my light and salvation. Strengthen and encourage us to finish that which you have called us to do and to not grow weary. Let your Holy spirit flow through our veins, as we walk in your Presence Lord. We praise you with our lips and our hearts and our thoughts and our actions, and give you all the honor and glory and praise, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
