How To Rise Above
Scripture of the Day:
“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” – John 15:7
Observation/Application:
The key to rising to new levels of happiness, success, contentment, peace, joy, and love is to tap into the power of the Holy Spirit which is God in us. Really it is one of the keys to everything that is good. The Holy Spirit is the amazing gift that Jesus gave us when he ascended into heaven.
We all have it, but are we using it? Are we leveraging the power of God in us? Today’s scripture helps us understand that the key to the unleashing the power of God is us is through the Word of God. The more Word we have in us, the more Holy Spirit power can work. It’s a great day to fill up with more of God’s Word!

Prayer:
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for another day upon this earth. Fill us with your Word Lord. Help us to seek you each day and read your Word every day. Help us to honor you with our actions and not just our words. For your Word is upon our lips, and in our hearts, and in our minds. Thank you for all of your goodness, and for all that you have given us. Reveal to us your plan for us Lord. Help us to walk in your ways, as we give you all of the glory and honor and praise, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
