Stones Will Cry Out – The Inevitable Unstoppable Will Of God

When God is in it, you can’t stop it. Animals speak. Water comes out of a stone. People are transported in an instant. The water of the seas are parted. The blind see, the deaf hear, the mute speak, and the dead are brought to life. There is nothing that God cannot do. There is no problem too big. He is never surprised, like he is siting there scratching his head thinking, “Well I didn’t see that coming.”

Scripture of the Day:
“When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen: “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!” “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.” – Luke 19:37-40

Observation/Application:
What is God asking of you? Is there something that you know that you are supposed to be doing that you are not? What miracles is God trying to perform through your acts of obedience? What blessings does God have in store for you that you are not receiving because you are procrastinating or too fearful to begin?

Fear not, for you can do all things through Christ who is your strength. Seek the Lord, and obey His calling n your life. For out God is faithful. If God Will’s it, it will come to pass. Don’t miss out on the blessings that God has in store for you. Seek the Lord each and every day and ask for his guidance. And watch the stones speak.

I call you blessed.

Prayer:
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Word this morning. Let us seek you first each and every day. Let us come to you with all of our problems, questions, concerns, and problems. For in you there is wisdom, power, and strength. In you there is peace. In you there is joy. We know that when you are in it, no weapon formed against us will prosper. Let your Holy Spirit overflow in us Lord, that we and everyone around us is filled with your goodness and mercy. Let us be blessed so that we can be a blessing to others. Direct our steps. Direct our Words. Direct our thoughts. We are so thankful for all that you have done and continue to do for us. Help us to see you and your goodness even in the storm. We give you all the honor and glory and praise, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
